The resume tells you what someone has done. Our assessment tells you what they’ll do next. Each candidate goes through a structured evaluation: leadership scenarios, communication under pressure, response to feedback, and team-first signals. We share the full assessment with you — the strengths, the watch-outs, and the development plan we’d run if they were ours to coach.
