What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone and company, and your message. We also collect a hashed version of your IP address (never the raw IP) for rate-limiting and abuse prevention, and a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge result to confirm you're a human.
What we do with it
We store your submission in our private database, send a confirmation email back to you, and notify our team so we can respond. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other ad-tech tracker.
Data retention
We retain contact submissions for as long as we have an active relationship plus three years for follow-up. You can request deletion at any time by emailing jcspeaks30@gmail.com.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Write us — we'll respond within seven days.
